TVC Youth is open to all 6th - 12th graders who are interested in growing Spiritually, growing Socially, and growing in Service. The youth meet every Sunday at 4 pm for Bible Study in The Loft located in the back of The Chapel. The youth also meet once a month for a service project as well as a social gathering.

Becoming:
A Change In Character
Because of Paul’s encounter with Jesus, his character was forever changed.
If Christians hear God’s Word and don’t practice it, their faith is incomplete. Paul devotes a great deal of time discussing how Christians should act not only towards other believers, but how they should act towards the world. Christians’ actions should demonstrate their character. This week we will be challenged to live out the character of Christ.

August 24
Youth Council Meeting |
An introductory meeting for the TVC Youth Council will be held Sunday, August 24 at 3:00 in The Living Room at The Village Chapel. We will cover the responsibilities and requirements to be a member of the council as well as plan our September social activity.
The council will be made up of Peter Carlson and any youth who would like to participate. The members of the youth council will be responsible for helping with the planning and organizing of youth events and Bible studies.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the council, please join us for this introductory meeting.

August 28
Parking Lot Ministry |
The last Thursday of each month TVC Youth minister to the poor and homeless in East Nashville. The evening starts with a hot meal followed by an outdoor worship service. The night concludes with a grocery distribution.
If you are interested in attending you must contact Peter Carlson. We meet at TVC at 5:15 and return by 9:00. |
