Home Groups
At The Village Chapel we believe in developing a climate of community that doesn't feel "forced". Instead of having permanent, assigned small groups based on your zip code or the first letter of your last name, we have chosen to offer what we simply refer to as TVC Home Groups. You choose the group you want to visit and when you find one that seems like a good fit, go ahead and plug-in. Our Home Groups meet every other week on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Each group involves a time of fellowship, discussion and prayer. Currently, our groups are discussing God's wisdom for everyday life from the ancient book of Proverbs. Below are brief descriptions of each of the home groups and a way for you to get in touch with them for more information.

WHERE: Inglewood
WHEN: Every other Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
WHAT TO BRING: Snack or drink to share
With the Moody’s hosting and the Smiths leading, we emphasize growing as a community, including sharing and supporting each other spiritually, involvement in each other’s lives and periodic service to the community. Common questions include “What is God doing in your life?” and “How can we pray for one another?” (Childcare not provided)

WEDNESDAY EVENING HOME GROUP
WHERE: Richland West End (1mi from I-440 and West End)
WHEN: Every other Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
WHAT TO BRING: Snacks!
The focus here is on relationships and it's open to everyone. We worship, we pray, we hang, we eat! Led by Tom and Patty Lane in their home.

WEDNESDAY EVENING HOME GROUP
WHERE: Franklin
WHEN: Every other Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
WHAT TO BRING: A snack to share
The Parker small group will be a fun, relaxed, yet spiritually challenging group, meeting every other Wednesday from 7 to 9pm at Chris and Kitty Parker's house in Franklin. We hope to see you there!

WHEN: Every other Thursday from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm (officially)
WHAT TO BRING: Food, beverages, guitars, or just yourself.
TVC's Chicago imports, John and Michelle Thompson host this home group on Thursdays in bohemian East Nashville. Music, film, arts, a discussion of the Proverbs and more; it's all on the table. The group is open to anyone ages thirteen and up, with a special focus on twenty and thirty somethings. (Childcare not provided)

FRIDAY EVENING SINGLES HOME GROUP

WHAT TO BRING: A snack to share
Come and join TVC Singles on Fridays, led by Carla Sullivan. We’ll have lot’s of fellowship, food, and a time of prayer with other caring believers. If you’re looking to meet new people, we hope you’ll join us! Loving childcare provided

WHEN: Every other Friday at 6:30 pm
WHAT TO BRING: Your family & a snack
Led by the Kirks, we are a “kid friendly” group! Would you like to get to know some families at The Village Chapel? We have families in their early 20's through families in their 'um, well, all ages. So, no matter what age or the size of your family, you'll fit right in! We are looking forward to relaxing, casual get-togethers, where we can support, encourage, & pray for each other.
